My journey into coding began in 2017 after watching The Great Courses Introduction to Python with the inspiring Professor John Keyser through The Philadelphia Free Library's video streaming service. Intrigued by my first "Hello World!", I downloaded the free e-book Learn Python the Hard Way and practiced using the terminal on my lunchbreak.

After reading a myriad of articles exalting the creativity of Javascript apps, I decided to delve in on freecodecamp.com. I find HTML/CSS/Javascript to be accessible for learning and practicing independently and I'm amazed by the quantity of resources online.
